Location & Context
- 2040 Budaörs, Szirom utca 13-17
The project is located in Budaörs (2040 Budaörs, Szirom utca 13-17), a premium suburb situated in the Buda Hills, west of Budapest’s District XI.
Budaörs is considered one of the most affluent municipalities in Hungary due to its strategic location and high standard of living. The city has a population of approximately 29,000 and offers direct access to the M7 motorway (leading to Lake Balaton and Southern Hungary) and the M1 motorway (leading to Vienna and Bratislava).
Development Concept
We acquired three adjacent plots ranging from 680 to 740 m² to implement a cohesive residential development. In accordance with the local master plan, each plot allows for the construction of one townhouse with a total area of approximately 200 m², plus balconies and terraces.
